Hi Fordmodders,

I have a few announcements regarding the Moderator line up here at Fordmods. SWC has stepped back up as a NSW Cruise Moderator, in place of a_total_tool who is currently busy with other commitments. XR-Lane will be leaving us as a Moderator due to other commitments also.

I'd like to thank all the Moderators, past and present for their contribution to Fordmods!

Ashcook and Troyman were brought in because of a long running dispute over xr lanes style of moderation. No real need for another mod at this stage.

As I recall there was quite a bit of moderating involved with the amount of tyre kickers in the for sales section and other forums for two greenhorn mods to handle. people were b**ch about their sales thread pushed on to page two due to the idle dribble or something?
but still didn't stop the sookies spreading onto off topic because they can't reply in the for sale section or because there's only one bump threshold, even though it was free.

Didn't we have the whole first page in off topic riddled with sooky lalas regarding the for sale section at one time, hence the extra mod to cope?

Welcome back SWC,

Hope to see some more good events.
As usual I'll make the effort where I can.

I agree with Jonathon its been all good with just the two XR Lane may have been quick to fire up on issues and I had even had words with him But he was always their to try and help anyone including me so I hope Josh does come back eventually and some times he just said what was on our minds?

This is great, I get to read Fordmods and watch the wiggles at the same time.

yet, I see no-one is under 20 here and still b**ch' and jumping to conclusions.

Yep and it will happen for years to come, including behind the scenes, Brad does a good job of not getting involved except for what actually matters to Fordmods itself.

Being a moderator if you are actually actively moderating can create friction and it is hard to keep everyone happy, the larger the forum the bigger the mess, I can not imagine what happens behind the scenes in forums like LS1.com or ff.com.au.
