it almost brings me to tears... this guy was my hero, i grew up watching him on TV, respected him... and there are clown out there who have nothing better to do then think he wrecked a race... well i just hope that one day you get killed and have the whole world think you were a waste of space. he may not of ment anything to you but for most of us he was an inspiration and a bloody great one at that

is it possible this person has sent his pm to the wrong person or does it apply to you. Well I've come up with 2 people who have posted condolences, have under 300 posts and live in adelaide, however won't post their names as chances are it isn't them. cluedo is all coming back to me.

Being a Ford man, Brocky caused me much grief from my mates during the 80's. I can still remember watching Bathurst with my old man (the staunchest of Ford supporters) in the late 70's, early 80's and asking dad why Brocky used to win all the time. I guess cream rises to the top, huh?

Even though he drove for the opposition, it's hard not to recognise an awesome talent when you see it.

R.I.P Brocky and, as a Ford man, thanks for the 'character building' memories.

Sadly missed.

I am deeply saddened by the death of Peter Brock.
I have many great memories, as a young lad, of watching
him race at Bathurst.
I will never forget the year he drove an ailing Commodore,
without a front or rear windscreen, flat out around that track.
He will always be King of the Mountain to me.
