Hey all

As many of you remember, last year we lost a valued member of the Fordmods community in a tragic motorcycle accident. Scott Scrivener (Scotts840) was a wealth of knowledge on the forums with his mechanical skills, and a great friend to many of us as well. This Friday (31st March) is the one year anniversary of Scotts passing, so for those of you who knew him, either in person or on the forums, take a moment to reflect on those memories you have of him, and the good times that entailed.

We all miss you Scotty!

its amazing how much of an impact one person can have on so many people. I wonder if scott ever knew just how valued he was. Scott was one of the most easy going guys i met on here in the early FM V1 days, and alot of the reason im still a mechanic now is because of his advice and nudging back when i was a first year about ready to give it up... RIP Scotty

I never got to meet Scotty, but I have been reading his posts and It is unfortunate that I missed out on meeting a such a knowledgeable and great person. It is unreal to see that one person can make such an impact on such a large community! I hope all of those that knew him will continue to remember him and not think of the bad times but rather remember the good times!

Grief never ends, But it changes. It’s a passage, Not a place to stay.

The sense of loss Must give way, If we’re to value The life that was lived.

Grief is not a sign of weakness, Nor a lack of faith, It is the price of love.

Rest in peace Scott .
