Hey guys
I just picked up some leather seats so the cloth seats from my XR6T have to go. I wanted to keep them and make a top gear style lounge in my bar room but the missus won't let me!

Front and rear seats in top condition (came out of an 04 XR6T with 50k on it)
Grey with the standard black/grey XR6/8 insert pattern as shown.
The drivers seat is electric.

Nice upgrade for a XT, or if you're feeling adventurous you could try fitting them to an E series!

I saw a set of front seats go for $500 on ebay last month but I'm happy to get that for the set of front and rears.

There's not spots on them or worn fabric, that's just the lighting and a s**t camera

Local pick up only (unless you want to organise a courier to pick them up)
Sutherland Shire area in Sydney

And just to get in first, no the guitar is not included :P

and bring down those sexy seats too  problem for me solved...

...and yes, I know you're money is worth more in Melbourne, I've heard it all before

Do the seats come with rails etc..?

How much work do you reckon would be involved to fit them in an AU?

Yeah mate comes with rails, drivers side is motorised.

I suspect they'd be easier to fit to an AU than E series but I dunno if they're a direct bolt in. The seats unbolt off the rails though leaving 4 bolts sticking down in each corner so I reckon it wouldn't be too hard to fit them to another car.

Would they need to be engineered?

Will have a chat with my car guru tomorrow, but atm, very interested!

Will let you know Sunday night hopefully!

If you can bolt them to the AU rails they probably wouldn't need engineering. In any case they'd probably go unnoticed in an AU from a rego/cop point of view.

I've had interest from a few other people (2 interstate) so if you're keen better be quick :)

No worries mate. I had trouble getting the the leather seats past my missus too, but she loves them now.

There's a lesson in that lads: ignore the missus, she'll thank you for it later.

For everyone else asking about other models - here's a pic of the rails and the seat mounts. There's 4 bolts on the seat itself which look to be quite easy to fit to existing rails of other cars. As for the BA rails, the circled parts are the swivel mounting attachments for the bolts in the below pic. There's quite a bit of movement in them to allow the seat to be mounted easily (possibly useful if fitting to other cars too)
