5 speed conversion pulled from my EA Wagon.
Comes with everything i could pull out. pedal box clutch cable box bellhousing gear stick (no boot or nob) pressure plate/clutch should be able to supply flywheel Box drove fine in all gears, reverse would occasionnaly pop out, alright if u just held it in while reversing. $250

There are transport companies that haul freight out of Victoria, Tolls delivered an engine, diff, and much more for under $200, A gearbox wouldn't cost much.
