g'day guys, keen on selling my car,(getting a new ba xr8 ute:D)

just wondering on wat prices people think i could ask and plz dont f**k me around with 2 dollars and that kind of stuff
the car is a 95 fairmont argon silver. i have all recipts for work that has been done and all prices etc
mods are as follows...
19" vault kaotiks shadow chrome,near new tyres above 85% on rears 90% on fronts $2500
Front gaurds flarred(not just rolled)got them flarred out a little aswell this cost me $450
full suspension rebuild at fulcrum done 2000 kays ago inc all bushes,sway bars, koni adjustable shocks,ultralow king springs, this cost me $3250 handles like its on rails now!!
Custom Clear side repeaters(with leds)
pioneer audio including colour screen headeck(still sells for 800-900)
pioneer yellow cone slits rrp $549
pioneer yellow cone comp 6 x 9's rrp $449
4 channel pioneer ampilefer(in boot c my galleries)the stereo cost $3000 all up when i got it last year
custom dials
blue interior leds threw out car
Blue parkers
2.5" sports exhasut
Cold air intake
Ford fpv seat covers
interior immaculate condition
Drives very well
gets washed every sunday and vacummed out etc
174,000klm
9 months rego
taken care of very very well, i love this car,but need a ute for my new job so she has to go ive spent $10,000 on her in the last 5 months its a great car drives well,will not dissapoint, cheers guys

personally, i think that financially you would be better off selling the audio gear and the wheels seperately, and then sell the car..

to give you can idea, i just bought an ef2 fairmont for my did, with 75,000 (yes, thats not a typo) for 6000

jesus thats a good price mate, well its kinda urgent (really need the ute for work)thats why im trying not to seperate,but if i get interest the i would seperate the stereo and wheels.

its just that you wont get much more, if any more, for a car that has aftermarket acessories,

it doesnt make it worth any more, and in some cases can make it much more difficult to sell.

i dont think you'll get anywhere near the 10grand you just spent on it. its a buyers market, there is a glut of ef/els on the market. i think ud be lucky to get about 5000 for it

f**k 5000 mate thats ridiculous the bloke at the car yard said he would give me more than 5000 and i can take the mags and stereo out, xr6t and xr8 utres r going for the same prices and i want an 8 so yeh

Best thing to do is advertise it for what you think is fair, every car is different mate.
I have advertised my SVO for $6500 as is and i have 2 people interested, but i'm certainly not going to give it away, i'd rather keep it.

sounds good to me. if your getting more than 5000 from a dealer thats pretty sweet. id rip your stuff out and sell it seperately.
