Well I've just come across this buy and if Josh (Mr_Soul) doesn't get his a*** into gear (he's probably waiting on Mr half an eyebrow Nicco to pay him) I would be interested in the next group buy. Unless they don't fit Mr_souls car I might take his... lol

i bought the stainless sheet today. so thats all of the material looked after, only thing to get are the stainless welding rods... -should be cut up, with holes punched this weekend. -next week end folded, with cut outs put in. -week end after nuts welded on, packed up and posted, or picked up. update:
i guilotened all of the pieces on the weekend. ive marked all of the centers of the holes, and should have all of the holes punched out tomorow or wednesday... 13 holes per heat sheild, 195 all up! cheers

no not yet. they are still being made. current status: all angles and shields cut to size,all holes punched, slots cut and all de-burred. everything should be bent in the next few days, depends when the press is free. then welding the nuts should happen next week some time, also depending on when i can get the mig. but so far so good, all on track! thanks vince

mounting angles are now bent, and the nuts have welded on! ill post some photos when i get a chance. cheers
