hey jagga, im not really keen on making them for the V8's, im already making a couple of templates to suit the e series and ba I6's, and au ill be sending blank for the buyer to put the 6 exhaust holes in, and maybe a couple of cut outs for clearance, but nothing major.

the more different types i make, the more setups ill need to do, the more templates ill need to make, so itll take me more time and cost more, cos it no longer becomes production work. im trying my best to keep the price to a minimum. and for the work involved, i think the price is pretty good! im going to need a good 25-30 people to make this project worth while, that way i use most of the sheet and there is a minimun of left over material.

so add your name to the list if your interested...
so far it stands at 11 heat shields...

cheers

but AU's use the same exhaust manifolds/extractors as the E-series, so surely the holes would be the same?

im looking at buying the material in 2 weeks, so there is still more time.

i havent worked out postage ill have to see whats the smallest box i can fit it into.
approx 500 x 300 x 200 and will weigh a good 4-5kgs, maybe more
you would have to allow a good $30, give or take

ok, one more week till i start getting this project underway, taking payments, and ordering material...

i already have the stainless sheet on hold for me, and the stainless screws, nuts and washers are organised...

as i have 14 to make so far, the price stays at $120 for these people...

any other people that join the list are tentative, untill i have at least another 12 people, so i can make use of most of a sheet...
if i dont have enough people in the second group i will still consider it, but the price may be higher. but ill work that out when/if the time comes...

cheers

BUMP

And just a question - I have a stock NA6cyl EF Fairmont but I will be getting pacemakers in the near future, this heat shield will not need to be modified and it will fit both applications?
