Gday everyone, just wondering if there is anyone out there that would want to swap their standard torque converter and upgrade to a Jim Mock Motorsports 3000 stall! I have an EL, so they will need to be compatible.

Its currently in a car right now, but this sale would be a trade for your standard stall converter, which the costs of a mechanic swapping them over would be shared :)

Just wondering if anyone is interested, if anyone knows what it is worth secondhand while its in good condition then please let me know.
I'd also be interested in knowing what a standard one is worth secondhand :)

Cheers
Matt

Thanks hot_eb, that sounds great, do you know if the standard stall will work with a very lumpy cam?

Whats postage going to cost to 3450 do you know?
Just an estimate :)

outright buy is possible, make me an offer and i will see what i can arrange.

I had it running in my EL with a JMM DEV5 cam before i put in the hi stall and I didnt have a problem at all - drove it for about 5000kms like this and it didnt mind.

postage to 3450 is going to be about $35 through auspost give or take depending on the final size of the package - it is pritty heavy and bulky.

so $55 all up.

Send me a PM if you want to go ahead with it.

Cool thanks for that, will keep inmind, much prefer give my money to a fellow fordmodder than to a wrecker who marks things up beyond belief!
I have an offer for $400 including their torque converter.

Thinking about buying one and testing the waters before i sell this one off, give me a few weeks, i will keep this thread updated :)

Anymore interested ppl's please let yourself be known.
THanks
