Hey everyone,
Well, it's come to that point... In order for me to forge on ahead with WA rego, and to actually be able to keep the car without selling her at a ridiculous price ...the whole sound system has to go. I know most of you know this car, and have been in complete awe of it's stereo set-up ...now is your chance to buy the whole system for yourself at a HUGE drop in price! Here's a pic / description of the set-up: 
Cost over $58,000 built in 2006 THE COMPONENTS: DVD / CD PLAYER: Alpine DVA 9965 CROSSOVER, EQ & PROCESSOR: Alpine PXA H701 TWEETERS: DLS (can't remember model ...but 1 pair of only 5 pairs made worldwide!) sorry to go a bit of topic,but,are you saying the reason you cant get wa rego on her is due to the sound system?
i would have thought engine mods more than a stereo would have held it up...

Did you do any research with your transport dep legislation before you bought the car?

I think it's more of a cash thing than a WA rego thing, as it's going to help with a lot of other costs.

Exactly as Kilma says ...I've done all the legwork to the point of almost getting an engineer to certify her for WA rego ...but some personal issues have cropped up.
Selling the Audio will allow me to go ahead with the Engineer and rego ...and still have some money in the bank. I'm personally more interested in retaining / improving on her performance / handling ...and selling the stereo will allow me to do that.

fair dinkum mate your selling the car then your not, now you selling the stereo out of it what happening?
i know of one person as you do that is dead keen on buying it so can help you out of the situation your in and he doesnt know whats goin on as you keep changing your mind each day.

um im pritty sure this person is very very keen on it but wants it rego'd first. i don't believe he is d**k u around mark. imo he is a very worthy buyer of the car!!
