Has anyone actualy converted to a BA engine with an E-series car???

yes, a fella called jetxr. Had a hole in his bonnet for the rocker cover to stick through. I reckon the most hassle free way for you e-series boy is to use a wolf for engine management, too many headaches otherwise such as the ICC being required etc..

how hard is it to use the Ba ecu as standard?
I wish I did this before having my head repaired with rear main etc etc $2200 inc gst..... DAMN!!!!

I think we need to start venturing out and doing the jet XR engine convo, aftermarket ecu looms and BA donk, what about the gearbox, E-series wont hook up with a BA donk yes?

we sold the turbo motor that went into jetxr , it only just misses out on fitting under the bonnet . im intereted to see if it fits ender a EA-ED bonnet , if not its on with a bulge bonnet. they look horn on the EB,s

yeah a bonnet buldge on E-Series cars look sexy...and now they can even have practicallity over looks :D

I would want to try and put a BA donk into my car...no money and no dosh :(

We shall see soon enough. I hope it clears. I would prefer the standard bonnet look.
