Cruise is only dependant on whether your car has cruise or not. And yes, they will fit an EF.

Car has cruise but no buttons :? the guy before me removed them to install an aftermarket wheel and has not got the buttons......

but the car has cruise... so I'm guessing the new wheels have buttons... Sorry I can't load the pics :(

The new wheels do not have buttons. You have to in to the wreckers and find a set of buttons and an airbag
