1992 NC Ford Fairlane V8 LPG Dual Fuel No Rego i blew the waterpump a while back and havent finished putting the car back together. it needs the timing cover reinstalled, waterpump(bought new) , radiator (reconditioned) etc reinstalled. it had just been tuned up and has new spark plugs, leads and filter fitted. it runs on both LPG and petrol. its white in color and is in excellent condition. has tinted windows, new tyres the air conditioning works great. it also needs a new drivers side front window regulator ( the thing that makes the window go up and down. $110 new ) it would be a cheap and easy fix for someone that knows about cars, due to health i havent been able to finish it. i'd had a pink slip check done on it a couple of months back and it passed no problems. so the only expense needed on this car is the window winder part. it will be a bargain buy for someone that knows how to fix cars. edit-added 26/11/09 a bolt has snapped of on the engine block, the bolt that goes thru the waterpump into the engine block snapped off and will need to be drilled out. $1500ono at this point it doesnt worry me if it sits in my back yard for another 6 months while i very slowly put it back together, even at $1500ono its still a bargain for the condition its in and it being dual fuel. will add some more pics of motor etc soon

Ah Bugger! so close to Xmas! Let me see what I can organise. I'll just have trouble coming to get it for the moment as I don't have the use of my triton. Don't wreck it out just yet

But I was just working out that I can comfortably park at least 6 lanes down the back, another 4 in the driveway, one in the carport out front and 2 in the top driveway......all behind locked gates and still have room for the vegie gardens

got your pm NCIILANE and replied, can ask any questions about it. will hold of on wrecking it out until i get your final decision.
the car could stay here if that helps you NCIILANE , its safe in my back yard, i would still need payment tho coz i have to get my 94NC on the road. or even $500 deposit, the rest when you pick it up |

I have shown great control here, and decided that I really can't take this lane on. One of the main reasons that I considered it was that it is in too good condition to part out and I was too keen to jump in and rescue it.
Somebody please buy this lane and save it from the scrap heap....it'll break my heart to see another E-series tank go to the grave before it's time

I told him that if he didn't sell it to me....he couldn't sell it at all sam
 I hope I convinced him not to part it out, that would be just sad, there's nothing wrong with it.....just needs a little TLC

i'm not strapped for cash at the moment like i was, altho i cant afford to work on it at the moment i can afford to hang onto to it until next year, unless i get a very good offer. i wont be wrecking it out |
