Turbo is new as you can see, polished housing,stainless dump pipe with heat wrapping no shaft play, comes with oil and water lines, manifold with new gaskets, front mount intercooler kit with blow off valve, programed j3 chip to suit the turbo conversion, brand new rising rate fuel pressure regulator, new black face glow boost gauge, manual boost controller, various hoses , clamps, sealent, have got a big fuel pump which I will include too
