Fuel economy while cruising off boost is excellent. But under load it tends to drink a bit...but thats the price you pay for performance.

Does it include, intercooler and piping?
what about the cam? A turbo cam is no good on a n/a set-up?

It doesn't include those things.
the car is getting a new exhaust manifold & bigger turbo etc (actually already installed)
thus the old cooler/piping/cam etc are still being used.
