A mate off mine has this 85 fairy for sale the body is in pretty good cond (99%) straight, acouple off little dings on one off the wheel arches, i6 motor is worn suit rebuild, interiour is in pretty good condition, auto when running was also good.
He was going to take it to the scrappers and but i talked him into trying to sell it first as it is too good a car to crush. $500 ono

It does not have a sunroof.
It's been sitting for about a year at my mates joint without being touched apart from the mags being taken off and the cover under the dash being removed.
Before that it was sitting at the origanal owners place for about 8 months after the rego ran out.
When we moved it from seymour to it's present location in kilmore it was running real ruff and miss firing, could off been just fuel ans plugs but i'd rather understate it than say it was in good condition

You might wanna change your topic name mate, the nickname "Fairy" is usually used for Fairmonts, not Fairlanes (from what I have seen). Might prevent some confusion.

An 85 model eh?
Did this model come out in a V8?

and for $500 if it came out in a v8 then i may be able to doit.

no it is a six and i not sure about them coming out in a v8, if it was a v8 i would off slapped it into a nice XE shell
