i wasn't aware there was a difference. will weld up to any pipe 3" in diameter.

1 sale fell through so there is one left. price is $160 + postage so still cheaper than ebay and more reliable!

The ones on ebay aren't metal cats - the good metal cats are ~$320 at a good price.
