Card reader to suit 3.5" drive bay. This is as new still in its packaging, never been used. I bought it then realized I didn't have a free 3.5" bay so bought a 5.25" version instead. It has two full size USB ports, a mini USB port, two firewire ports (one standard one mini) and supports a whole bunch of memory cards. More info can be found at the link below:
