Hi guys,im looking to swap my ED XR6 manual sedan for maybe one of the following,a v8 statesmen with towbar 90-96 or a v8 fairlane or fairmont with a towbar.I need something for towing and also comfort for my change.Plus i need an auto so my fiance can use the car as well..
Its a pity i have to think of replacing my pride and joy.It has 208,500kms,colour is cobalt blue (goes from blue to purple),has 16 inch ef/el ftr mags,optioned momo steering wheel with the cruise buttons,mp3 pioneer cd player and speakers,tint,extractors/sports exhaust and is in very good condition for age inside and out.Yeah so if any one is interested in a swap please dont hesitate to leave a message or email me,at the moment im looking for something to replay my pride and joy to make the misses happy....Thanks

i dont really want to sell it because its our only car and cant be without a car if you know what i mean.But if someone offered me $8500 i might sell.

no offence dude but you actually reckon you'd get that sorta mark? Id be thinkin 6K or less....im sellin my EL XR8 for 9K...the markets not there anymore dude for these big beasts

damn if someone offered me 7k for my fairmont id get rid of it in a heartbeat and buy your XR8 Kev

I know it sounds abit much but hey its my pride and joy and is insured for $9990,i have already been offered $6500,but im actually looking not to sell just swap.Well the car is in very good condition inside and out.Now wouldnt you put a higher price on your pride and joy if you had to sell it...

Thats it mate gotta be in it to win it i spose....for mine ive offered to rego it just no point me puttin 6/12 months rego on a car that a buyer from QLD/WA etc may purchase cause then I lose that money too since ACT rego is no good to them. But EL Xr8s sell for round 11-13K over here stock and about 14K in WA. Im selling mine for 9K - only thing with it is tyres will need changin soon and no rego...thats it....also has wheels and a $1100 front bar... ED XRs you can pick up for 4K....I was just saying im selling mine under the retail mark and having issues parting with it...your asking for more...so was just advising imo that might make getting rid of yours even harder for sale or trade...thats all not having a go at ya...good luck with it tho
