With the car PC - Do I just need a screen and Im on my way? Does it come with a power cable or any software? Will it fire up at your place to test it?

yes thats exactly right if you let me know before hand ill get it all up and running for you to test! it comes with a 240v power adaptor and a 12v power adaptor, and i can give it to you with some freeware programs installed
