Means that the EF alternator has more cranking capacity than the EL alternator.

I don't know whether you'll have an issue running the EL alternator on your EF but I kinda doubt that it'll work properly... It would probably be better than having a f**k alternator (which I assume you've got) if you want a short time fix...
