my dad is selling his 1996 ef2 futura for heaps cheap. it has just had the head gasket and all brakes and rotors replaced and only has 185000kms on it and runs heaps better than mine lol. he wants 4000 bucks for it but is open to offers to 3750. you wont find a better specimen for the price.

fuel is about 1.39 a litre at the moment if you buy it when it is good
can get about 750 out of a tank on highway driving and mine gets up to brissie on 80 litres cause my car is very thirsty lol

thanks OBS35N. last time i was down that way it was 99.9 lol... when you say 750 is that running it out of fuel? i got up to 730 in the ef and the fuel light had been on for a while (wasnt sure how many kays you get till the tank runs out). I didnt want to run out - that was Townsville to Rockhampton. ill let me mate aaron know, he should have money available in about 2 weeks. get me some pics up so i can show him cheers mate sam

750 with the light on but u can push it to 800 cause it was cruise control. its a very reliable car and dad is only getting rid of it cause he wants a mid life crisis car (2006 MX5 turbo lol) ill get some pics today

thanks dude, ill have to try with the mate but he may go for the drive down there (theres heaps up here in brisbane) post up some pics.
ps mine was with cruise too but it was stinking hot so she would have been working harder with ac going etc
