Ha ha, classic...
If you don't believe her, ask for the timeslip.
Maybe she can just drive better then you can?

Believe me an exhaust isn't enough to do those times. WHOOSA from AFF forum has 220kw xr8 with G&D airbox, tune and full exhaust and he did 14.08 or something on a 15 degree day!!!!!!!!!!

My car is the quickest of its kind stock. I've only got hm headers which do sweet f$%k all and a stock 2/1/2 single exhaust.

4.4 hey???

Who needs 5000 bhp of top fuel drag racer to burn 400 black board rulers in 4.4 seconds? Howling 4.4's out of T2 TE50's is just no problem, according to t2te50. If this thing really punches that hard, shouldn't it come with a full racing harness, strengthened chasis and a spare pare of undies???

Seriously though, what mods have you got t2te50? 14.4 is BA XR8 times. Nice!

You say not possible, she says done.
I say, show me timeslips with a pic of the car at the strip with it's number visible.
Can't argue with that proof.

AU falcons are the dux nuts in my view. Yes I'm bloody competitive to the point of being dangerous.

When you going down princess highway at 180-190 clicks 3 abrest (VU ss ute, BA xr8 with quad exhaust and my car)

All I can say is that they were impressed. More my driving prowess I think.

Got any pics of the T2. I love T series, reckon they are HORN!!! :D

FYI: You'll get on well DISCO FRANK with that AU loving attitude mate

Ok I did make a neat cold air out of pvc but that only shaves off a tenth at best.

ig t a 13.9 @ 98mph out of my series 3 220 kw xr8 manual with cold air intake, 3 inch exhjaust, hi flow cats, pacemaker extractors and 3.9 diff gears so it doenst sound like that much of an unreasonable time. maybe the te50 is heavier than the xr8.

Go to AFF forums. Go to 28/1/2006 heathcote drag meet pics. My car is there..

wild6 I recommend HM tri y headers because I think they have some big contracts with the motor company and know the product well.

If you want a sweet bellow just go single 2/1/2 inch cat back. All the 3 inch f@rt cannon systems sound tinnie due to lack of back pressure. 02 sensors don't seem to like to big a system as well.

On many bombadores with pacemakers and twin 2/1/2 inch systems we found the bigger exhaust would trick the 02 sensor into thinking the engine is running lean due to greater volume and therefor overfuelling the engine.

i was thinking of going either pacemaker or difillipo headers with a twin 2 1/2 inch exhaust and hi flow cats. the AU Edit will sort out any problems the 02 sensors have with the larger exhaust.
what r HM headers do u mean the herrod motorsport ones?

XR8 girl in what weather conditions did you achieve 14.021 quarter at 98 mph. Just exhaust mods heh? You'd need to be spastic to believe such garbage.

And YOU'D have to be a spastic fullstop!
Why would I come on here s**t about what time my car ran?
Ring Mick Webb at SVO Motorsports - His Headers are HM and he then gets them bent to his specifications - they add 15kw with the Hi-Flow Cats.
Before putting them on my car -Standard to the Cats and the Manta 2 1/2"
exhaust,I ran a 14.9.
It'd be pretty stupid for me to s**t about it when i've got hot pink number plates with "XR8GIRL"on them wouldn't it - that many people have seen me down there running, spastic.

As for my 14.025 run,my timeslip reads as follows:
E.T : 14.025
Terminal Speed : 98.68mph (158.81kph)
Reaction Time : 0.656
60' : 2.172 sec
330': 5.902 sec
660': 9.043 sec
660'Speed : 126.09kph
1000' : 11.736 sec

Track Conditions:
Ambient Temp : 18.3C/64.9F
Abosolute Pressure : 1012.9hPa (Station Elevation 28.2m)
Corrected Pressure : 1016.3hPa
Relative Humidity : 73.0%
Dew Point : 13.4C/56.1F
Density Altitude : 178.4m/585.4ft
Wind : SSW (210 at 6.0 knots
Track Temp : 30.0C/86.0F

So,Fu*k me,I must be good to make all that up hey?
And if your that dead set I'm bullsh*tting, get on the phone and ring Quit Motorplex,Kwinana and ask them who was running T116 and what car it was on 01/02/06
