hey all
just chasing some info about roll cages( dont shoot me i tryed searching and found nothing ) i have an xb falcon which i intend on making run atleast low 10s and i know this requires a roll cage but how serioues do i need to get 4 point? 6 point? or further cheers kelv

there is a difference in a street cage and a race cage,
if your serious about racing it. the cage you would run in it wont be street legal. |

Also I believe street cage have to have no obstruction to the door way...so no cross bar across the door...for quick exits if you get into a car accident.

hmmm is it possible to make the cross bar removable?
i seen these tubing connectors on ebay for sale and would i be right in saying you dont need any roll cage at all to run any time up to a 10?

I know a bloke here in ton has a 393 in a XR falcon has seen a time of 10.2 and has heaps more left in it and he has fitted a cage,to suit andra specs.

Car is registered,but dont know who does the rego passes.He doesnt drive it much.

Cross bars can be removable, but not for ANDRA cages, which 99% of tracks require you to have if running a 10.99 or quicker.

hmmm ok i dont like that but no point in having a nice car if you can only drive it at the track
