There are a lot of DIY and homebrew guys in the Falcon 4 Litre Straight six cylinder forum fabricating their own turbo exhaust manifolds out there. Many commercially avaliable products also

The Turbo Merging Collector is something the F1 racing domain started when their design engineers made back when the F1 scene was buzzing in the turbo hardware. After that many people copied the design and many claim its there design.

There are m,any types of jigs people employ in the cutting process and many different types of machines use to actually make the cuts in compound angles.

For those that have the skill or those wishing to make there own turbo merging collectors and save huge sums of money ( could be miss leading as equipment may need to be purchased ) and practice there handy skills here is the opportunity to show them of.

Show of your Turbo exhaust manifold fabrication skills. remember this is a forum share amongst fellow ford members your approach and ideas in this topic.
