i not long putting all mine back together all the turbo bolts came lose and some fell out. so i wanted to fix the leak but once i pulled it all out and cleaned it up i was putting some new gaskets in. once i pulled the dump pipe off i relised that the Actuator was locked open becaust the metal coller had moved across dont know weather it is common or not but maybe this is starting to happen just something for thought

when i got the 38 mm flapper mod/swing valve fitted at mtq, i asked mtq if i should up grade the actuator. they suggested they test it and if it holds pressure it would be fine. im getting the car tuned at elite automotive on tuesday so ill let you know how it holds up at 12 or so psi

just had mine tuned and now she makes 282rwkw at 12psi.
couldnt run any more boost due to the factory exhaust, even though ive got a 100cspi balistics cat and the center muffler removed.
standard actuator was fine but will need to be replaced with a stronger one if a bigger dump pipe is fitted.
i wish i had the extra $1500 for the exhaust before i had it tuned. but it still goes a lot better than before...

282rwkw is a great figure.. did they do a dyno run before the tune for comparison?
12psi is a nice safe boost pressure get a gt40r next before a retune..
