If I put my ea head onto my ED bottom end will the comp ratio be lower than the stock ED motor? And what is the comp ratio of EA EB and EDs?

The compression would be higher...EA's have slightly more dish in piston and smaller combustion chamber volume..

If you remove the swirl vane in the EA head that should lower the compression by at least 1/2 a point.
