Im with aaron, if you want to talk dose head over to calaisturbo. They have a thread dedicated to making it sound the way you want. Adjusting your air intake to make noise rather than power is equivalent to putting neons on your window washers IMO. Put the intake pipe under the guard or route it to a nice air box with a good cold air intake. |

Afaik FM members should not discriminate over crap like this, If they want to put leds and neons and have crazy chu chu chuuuu sounds, so be it.

You know what the funny thing is. Half you C*** have spun out when you heard your first dose sound thinking it was s**t hot. And now that you know what's involved you go bagging it to the tip face. Get a life children.

And I'd rather have a dose pipe then a tickford snorkel and superlows. As long as I"m running higher boost and the car actually goes then who the f**k cares what sounds it makes when it flies past you.

Yeh when you get in and drive a car with a decent sound then its awesome. My mate had a VL turbo (yeh I know) with a subtle sound and it was awesome to drive it and hear that sound.

 Running a bov would prevent it from dosing right?i had a short 3" pipe, it put the filter behind the altenator. i wasnt running a BOV at the time.
