Excellent ride you got!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah as with the rest of the posts - Can we get some prices for your setup and some contact details (website, phone numbers, etc).

Im currently looking for a I6 Turbo setup for my EF XR6. I have a ball park figure of about $5000-$6000 for the setup - i will be running a diff ratio of 3.90:1 and use the current 5 speed man with heavy duty clutch and lightened flywheel.

Can I recommend against just a normal 'heavy duty' clutch...
They're almost as useless as standard clutches. Even with my setup the clutch was spinning after 3000 revs. I recommend the RPM series clutch with option 3....thats the semi-ceramic setup used in many WRXs, it also has some dampening instead of the full ceramic version.

Yes i know this is off topic...

Sorry I forgot to mention - I planned to use the current 5 speed setup until I either got s**t at it slipping or until to goes "kaput", then the plan was to put in a tricked up auto with a stally.

My ideal setup is:
4.11:1 diff
3 speed auto - tricked with stally 2500RPM approx
top and bottom end engine work (lower compression preferred)
turbo setup
computer
Might even consider putting a sticker on the back window too, lol.

I think this whole setup done preperly im looking at 10k - thats realistic and ball park and fkn scary!

As long as your doing a majority of the hands on stuff yourself then 10 grand is probably in reach. If your going to be doing a true home project such as Chef then youll save a s**t load of cash. Having said that I found the Snort performance kit to be excellent value for money also. Make sure you plan it out to the last nut and bolt cause the cost can quickly spiral out of control.

hey guys.....for the manifold, turbo, wastegate, dumpipe and oil lines it would cost around $4000. The turbo is rated at 1000HP.

Also, talking about clutches...I'm running an Extreme Cushion Button Kit..after trying Daikin HD Button and PBR Button, this Extreme clutch puts the others to shame!. I've sold these clutches to 3 mates who are all very happy with em.

PM Me if you'd like any more details...

I made another trip to calder park last friday....i managed a new PB of 12.33 @ 117.1mph. I couldn't hook up properly for a decent 60ft time, but my miles made a big improvement. Hopefully once i can sort out my take off's, 11 second passes are just around the corner. And then i should also look at getting the car tuned properly.
