Hey Chef is there any particular reason the power steering belt has turned inside out on the ed.

It had an issue of coming off on boost... a new harmonic balancer fixed it

Thanks man, if only someone would buy it!

Yeah the BA has some serious heatsoak piping... who knows what ford were thinking when they did the pipe work

I don't think they were, and there lies the problem.

I have seen BAs with the battery & POD swapped sides, and an end to end cooler (rather then the entry & exit on the same side) and it really makes the car look a lot nicer, apart from let it perform a bit better as well.

Yeah if I didnt have to worry about the waranty and how anal ford are with the xr6ts these days Id be pulling all that crap off and doing it again

changing your intercooler shouldnt affect your warranty. you wont get warranty on any piping but it SHOULDNT affect your engine warranty. check with your local dealer as everyones different. some do some dont.. they will only knock somethin back if its something glaringly obvious like suspension squeak an it has king springs in it.
