Am getting myself organised to supercharge my little EF 6Cyl beastie. Done a bit of hunting around and a CAPA powerdyne kits seem the way to go. Parts will cost me approx $4100 as my car is dedicated LPG (Impco 225). My mechanic will be able to fit and sort out any little gremlins.

Question: Do the Powerdyne blowers represent good bang for buck in the world of superchargers. The write up on the web looks pretty good as I am only after a "mild" setup around 5-6 psi and want a complete kit that has been designed to suit my engine.

Has anyone here have a powerdyne setup on their ford? Are they pretty reliable? Does the fancy "oil free" bearings actually work well and last?

Too many Fords and too much cash "invested" over the years.

New Project: Daily Cruiser, BA Mk 2 Fairmont, Pedders Sports Rider, 18's, black out tint, headers, CAI, underdrives, tuned, 242rwhp and counting.
