i have been researching this for a while, and a positive displacement set up seem's quite good, but probly not the easiest route to take. I cant find anyone that makes manifolds for the screw type chargers...no one makes em?
i was thinking about running a m112, or would another charger be more suited? as there isnt much info out there on supercharging the I6, and info would be greatly appreciated. I've seen the capa kits, and really there not too enticing, cheers guys

ah thanks mate, looks pretty nice. i was wondering if anyone had pics of the capa kits installed on there EB - ED falcons, as i can only find pics of them fitted to EF - EL's. just wondering how they fit with the log style manifold

There is a guy over here in WA who has a positive displacement charger strapped onto his EL XR6. He runs 10s on stock blcok, and ED internals (lower compression).
Don't be fooled though. A lot of money has been thrown at that car.

cheers again Its NOT a log style manifold.. Its just not a variable one!! Which is NOT required with forced induction... Thats why Nizpro etc box the upper on EF and latter turbo manifolds on theire engines...Or retro fit them to earlier E series... Fords XR6 T's have the varable part of their manifolds removed...Forced industion makes heaps of torque, so its not required...

Well he was doing pretty bloody well on stock internals already. In a Street Fords article I have that was done on this car ages ago (probably 2-3 years ago now), he was pushing 404rwkw (541rwhp). Since then, he has done a lot more work. Suppose the work could have been done I will have to wait until I get home to check those figures, as that is what I rememberoff the top of my head. Was an insane machine before. Will be even more insane from the sounds of it. I remember lining up against him on the drag strip. Saw him launch, and then he skipped all the way down the track to still run an 11. Super 6 vs super 8 (same colours, etc.) I corssed about 2 seconds later.
