hey all,

service is coming up...just want to know what spark plugs to use....my car is a 03 ba xr6 turbo 117***kms...

i need to know brands and part numbers..

hey jet, I used Bosch FR7DCX gapped at 0.8mm, as recommended by Aitkenvale Dyno when they tuned mine

hey thanks man....but mines not tuned....just stock as a rock....would the same plugs be alright or should i get different ones???

anyone used NGK???

use the factory plugs and their pre set gap. AC Delco/Bosch/ngk no difference, just get the standard replacements.

the standed bosch plugs are fr7kpp33u+ bout $12.50 each

I have been told by a few people/tuners including mine (CV Performance) that the best plugs they have all found after trial and error is the standard Ford ones. So go to your Ford dealer and ask for 6 plugs for a XR6T. It should only be like 50-60 bucks for the lot and then if you want re-gap them to .8 or .7
