hey sorry fellas but im just wondering on where you ran the coolant feed n return lines for the turbo
i was just thinking run from before the heater tap n the return line after

T piece from heater hose to header tank...
Welded stainless steel pipe 100 mm from fitting to keep hoses away from turbine heat...

the turbo i have is a garrett t04e from snort
anyone cut the pipe that comes straight from the water pump round the back of the motor n plumbed a t piece in and then t pieced into one of the small coolant return lines to the header tank?

Yep that what we did.. But T piece before heater tap is much easier.. we TIG welded a fitting at rear of water pump for turbo.... The oil lines needs to come over rocker cover.. So there's no issue having a smaller water line...??? http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y146/E ... oED004.jpg
