A few months ago i purchased a brand new MTA900 turbo for my FG F6 and had a nightmare experience with it. The turbo was only on the car for dyno time and the company has done everything in their power to silence the situation.

http://www.mta900.com
Here is a website i put online detailing my experience. I have documented all correspondence, legal documents, a report from a turbo expert/engineer etc.

All i'm trying to do here is share my experience with others.

At the time of posting this message MTA have my money and the turbo in question in their possession.

I'm opening this thread on this forum and i welcome all questions and discussion. Thank you

Did you ask Ray Hall if they called him and why they would say he didn't review the unit?

cheers

I had said to MTA that i would get a report carried out before i sent the turbo back and they somehow understood that as "i got rayhall to do it". So MTA contacted Ray Hall before i had even dropped the turbo off.

Hello,

There should be some consumer group that can intervene on your behalf here. I would also look at Media such as some of the TV programs. You are entitled to a refund for faulty products, and they cant keep your money and the faulty product you bought. Many dodgy places wear down a customer who has been ripped off. Sounds like they are trying this. Make notes of every phone call in a Diary, and keep records of everything. It will be very helpful later. They will also try to press your buttons, because later in Court they can say " we tried to help and he swore at us and left " A Small Claims action may also help, been there and done that with a dodgy panel beater.

Hello,

I hope it goes well for you. There are far too many shonks around, and I hope you can bring them down. If you paid for something, that is what you should get. Not BS You can always park the Car in front with a For Sale sign that mentions the problems. As long as it is true they cant do anything.

Good on you for sticking to your guns.

The most unfortunate part is when you win this company will probably just change its name, spin the same garbage information and product and drain the money from more unsuspecting buyers.

Like they said in the castle"tell em to get stuffed"...........and something about"a big F**k driveway"haha
