Yeah they do-dellows does one as does tremec. Plate cost me $185 and housing $350. Will mount up a T56 from a commywhore and even got the housing made to retain the starter on the passengers side.

The internet(and just cars magazine) is your friend.

T5 =/= T56. There is a big difference

The Toy - EF XR8, Sunroof, Ticky Kit, 19x8.5/19x11 TE37's, 451ci Windsor, custom converter, Hurst Quarterstick, huge billet cam.

The Daily - DL LTD - 343, AFR185, BoxR, Billet Solid Roller cam, built BTR, 4200rpm stall

Good luck trying to find a v8 t5 hence why I went a t56. Remanufactured and no exchange for $1900 and miles ahead in strength and reliability. I would have died of old age waiting for a t5 for a Windsor to come up.

Just saying that there are companies out there that can help you-don't rely on info on here being gospel.

BTW dellows DO an engine plate and housing for the t5 to Windsor. However if it is from a six cylinder, be prepared for a cardiac arrest for a longer input shaft to be made up. Hence why the commo t56 :roll:
