I've just read this entire thread, and what a read!
XR8 looks spotless mate! Engine bay clean as. Glad to see you got all the niggling issue's sorted, and i bet the money layed out is justified everytime you take it for a spin! Good luck with it, has inspired me to finish my windsor build!

Getting ther slowly!!!!Diff gears should be getting done this weekend,going to go with the shifkits speedo and speed limiter corrector.Would love to put it on a dyno again but struggling to get to one as the nearest is 500km away.
Engine is fine and pulls very well,brings a huge smile to the face when planting the foot.Cheers

I take it the speedo corrector matches the gear set you choose? What gears you going with again, 3.7 or 3.9? Jeff

Jeff G'day Jeff My understanding is that the speedo corrector is adjustable to differrent gear ratios?Will set off sat-nav if so. Got 3:91's from a late model Nissan and a recon four pinion centre.Cheers Grant. To give you a idea where its at now-3rd gear to 4th wot,changes into top gear at @around 3800rpm-150km/hr.
