hi guys im assisting my brother in buildidng a 351 corty. i was basically wondering. is there gonna be much stuffing around fitting it to the engine bay. it was running a 250xflow, car is going to be a specifiacally built street strip car... but will also be doing quite a few burnout comps as my brother is looking at moving away from his blown vn commy.
Q. will it fit. will i have to lower the engine mounts ets to fit it... which trans will fit the corty best... and if any one hase any measurements on thier 351s please post em upo cheers. oh almost forgot... it is a td corty...4 door... no rust . reaady to be played with

MD conversions cobra craft in Sydney do conversion kits for them i think.
If its a cleveland the pipes will be very tight, unless you go windsor with a little more room.

cheers micky.. i will call them wen i fly home... i am hoping on running a winnie. mainly coz most use the clevo...
with the 351 is it possible to use the clevo 4v heads.

The windsor would be much better to use,its more compact so fitting wont be as big a hassle,theirs nothing wrong with a 347 windsor, although a 408ci clevo would ce good, should build a boss 302 for it...Vito.
