Hi there
I have just put a mild 390 fe in my 1959 fairlane
It has a 2 speed ford box in it with a 3000 shall
Cam head work and a H E I dizzy carby is a 750 dp with mech secondary's motor
Has mech fuel pump
Could someone give
Me and idea of timing settings
And a start setting for mixture screws the 750dp has 2 screws per plate

Has the dizzy been regraphed ???
Initial timing set to about 10* BTDC....hopefully it may have no more than about 36* all in.
As for mixture screws, try 1 & 1/2 turns out on each.....see what it's like at that.
