Hi all
Can you help? I recently had a corrosion hole in the valley cover which I had professionally welded. The following is a list of things I had done whilst the valley cover was off:
1. Had injectors serviced
2. Changed both TPS's and set to .98v
3. Changed both CO2 sensors
4. New plugs and leads
5. Had new fuel filter and had pump pressure checked

Since I have put it back together it idles really rough and cuts out when cold. It seems as soon as the thermostat opens all is good and it runs a dream. I have checked for vacum leaks and there is none. Both Lubemobile and Autbahn have had a crack at solving the issue via diagnostic checks but have failed miserably both times. Has anyone had the same problem as I would really appreciate some suggestions.
