Mine fits alright, but the 2 merge into a single above the diff, doesnt hit on anything, and mines lowered too.

and sadly the fuel tank does take up a fair bit of room.

the-garage-f53/mick-s-garage-t65504-40.html scroll down half way, there are a couple of pics and a sound clip

the-garage-f53/mick-s-garage-t65504-180.html and down the page here is the over the diff section

Link to video wasn't working, but all fixed now
Like I said in my thread, Eric at Carline Belmont will do it for you. Mine cost about $700 and is completely custom built. I still go to him every year to get my pink slip done, so he knows the car well. Just mention my system to him and he'll look after you.
I also have banarcus old wagon now, and he did originally go with the dual setup but had issues on the left side with the tank and fuel line clearance and couldn't get it pink slipped from memory. It now has a single 3inch system and sounds terrible. Far too loud, but I have to have a rear resonator fitted to cut out the drone.
Good luck with it which ever way you go mate!
Cheers,
Mick

i bought the manta pro twin 2 1/2' system through best mufflers for my el fairmont v8. fits perfectly. easy to install (i did it by myself in the drive way in about 2 hours). best of all, it sounds fantastic!! Cost me just over a grand for it including delivery.

I was wondering if anyone had some feedback on them.. I was going to order one last week but booked in for a custom job for next week.
Do you have some pics at all? They do a twin side-by-side not the traditional way yeah?

I've seen plenty of manta systems for B-series and they always seem to be of the highest quality.

ditto, same here. twin 2 1/4 mandrel. link to pics of it below as posted earlier.
i figure twin 2.5 is too big, a mate runs twin 2.5 on his warm 351c. unless you've got engine mods?

2 1/4 in good for a warm 302 but if you think ur going to go stroker or blower in the future definatly go 2 1/2 system

Would a dual 2.5 be too big for a manual? I've read than 2.25 for auto (seeing as they use lower revs) and manuals aren't as fussy so a dual 2.5 works well.
