Hey mate,
I have a fairlane that came out standard with a dual system. I would recommend going to an exhaust building shop and having one made up from scratch. I had my old system duplicated with a quater inch larger diameter for each pipe. If u get stuck I can take a photo of my old system so they may be able to copy it.

i had 2 e series xr8's both i had twin 2.5's put on from the same place. my el was on superlows, and the pipes used to hit the diff on big bumps, made a fairly bad noise, so i used to put a blob of sickaflex on the impact spot, dampened the noise and would last a few months. the exhaust place tried to rebend it, but couldn't change much. there is not a lot of room, but a good place will do it. but if u lower ur car its probly going to hit. as for price both systems were 550 with nice tips.
here is some pics of the system on the ef

Go to a shop and TELL them you want one made. They are too lazy if they say they can't do it.

Mick (NCIILANE) has one on his LaneTD, and i know of a few others.

What mufflers are you running? As this will affect how the pipes go over the diff. If you run hot dog mufflers, you could do Micks style and they go over the diff on the drivers side at the same location. If you run larger, oval mufflers, it's more difficult as the pipes have to come up over the diff on both sides and then bend to go out the drivers side exit as the fuel tank takes up the entire passengers side

I was going to do the later, however i have now ordered some Magnaflow Magnapacks (better version of a hotdog muffler) which will allow me to run over the diff at the same point saving me a few $$.

looks very smick, i knew it had been done, and as XFWAGON said, they to lazy to do it lol.
am i right to stick them photos on my mobile for explanatory purposes to soem of these exhuast places?

XFWAGON you reckon run hot dogs to make a lil more room and easy to fit it all.
and sadly the fuel tank does take up a fair bit of room.

yeah do whatever u want with the pics. that system had just the 2 redback mufflers, and it wasn't overly loud. there is a vid on utube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYQlCKua_Zk thats with the standard crappy headers and cats. i then put a set of hurricane try y's and highflow metal cats, it sounded much meatier after that, but i dont have a vid of it

Exhaust dynamics in Rivervale W.A. can do it. I've seen a 304 stainless system done by them on an EL XR8...Supoib! Of course this means someone over there should be able to do it!

Manta in WA make an off the shelf mandrel twin system. Any muffler format you like...
Tuffcarparts.com (Justin) can get them ordered and shipped here for a ripper price.
