I have au1 xr8 with the Chinese copy performer intake with a 75mm t/body, aluminum heads 62cc 190cc with 1.72 yella rocker kit,, a custom chip and tune will be up for the cards and if so any suggestions? Thanks

Your AU already has an Explorer intake so the chinese thing will be of no benefit. I'd be more inclined to port match the upper to the lower of the Explorer intake and match to the heads.
75mm t-body is too big unless you use a bigger cam and heads and even then probably of questionable benefit. It would be useable on a stroker engine though. 70mm is a large as you want to go on a mild 5.0L.
Straight off the bat, a 190cc inlet runner on a chinese head is a bit large for something that still has a std cam and rev range.

Yes a 70mm max. I don't know what heads you have but 190cc intake runners are too large for a stock cammed engine. You can port match the intake yourself. Getting someone to do it shouldn't cost much but I've never paid anyone to do it.

Ok I see you're looking for about 330hp. You would need to fully port and big valve the stock 40p heads (not cost effective)or better still go aftermarket but I can't recommend Chinese no name heads. It's engine out time for you. Cam shafts are easy to fit but you need all the components to go with.
A good combo that'll get you in that ballpark without giving up your low end torque would be; AFR 165 Renegade heads, Comp XE270 cam, port match stock intake and 70mm t-body. Pacemaker headers(not the big tube ones) and a min twin 2 1/4" exhaust. Tune it with a moates 1/4 horse.

If you can send them back I would but if not youll have to use them I suppose. You'll need to check piston to valve clearance with the cam and those rockers. Plus you didn't say what valve sizes you have? You may have to cut the Pistons for clearance.

Um the heads I ordered were complete just with out rocker arms that's why I got evoke arms and not a full comp kit for it. But I'll have a look at these renegade heads and stuff first to see what I'm going to do.

We ran afr 165 heads on our eb race car for about 18 months these heads are really good, we were making 465 rwhp (other work done besides heads). These heads DO require modified valve reliefs on tbe piston tops, One other suggestion if i may is to upgrade the pushrods when you do cam and lifters, the factory ones become a weak link with high lift cams
