Hey lads..

In your opinions, what brand cold air intake system would yous recommend for an EL XR8?
Also, what brand air filter? A pod filter or a flat one?

If there's a better way of setting up a cold air intake system for the el xr's, then how do i go about doin it?

Cheers..

Standard factory airbox and snorkle along with a K&N or BMC panel filter is more than enough for engines up to 220-250kw. If you want to go further a 3"+ pipe through the bottom of the airbox and wheel guard can be routed to the front spoiler for more cold air.

Yeh get the XR snorkle or feed a pipe from the front spoiler into the bottom of the airbox.

SS Inductions will be better once you're reaching higher kw but atm in stock form you don't need it. I am pretty sure the EL Xr8 has the same snorkle as the ELGT so no need to change that..
