MMM the R series manifold. I rate them very highly, as seen on my tower of power 351W.

TFS-R? Obviously a manifold off the windsor side. having them in the mustangs for a long time over there in the US led to a lot of development. How good is it, ie what does it bring to the table for the cleveland? Its a moot point anyway for my 400 as I would have to go the dreaded (expensive)spacer direction to fit it to my beast. I'm still waiting on Edelbrock to do one of their RPM-air gaps for the 400's.

600 reliable horse power out of a 302ci turning at 8000rpm LMAO How much money do you think this is going to cost....

Mate ive got a 393 turning to 7500rpm with 218cc CHI 3v's and all the fruit, god knows how much it makes but ide be thinking close to 500rwhp Fu*k all change out of 20K, machining the block alone was 2500,machining my heads was anouther 3 grand, theres 5 k just in machining
Power is cheap reliability isnt
, your chassing better figures than what guys at engine masters are screwing together and you want it to be reliable lol hahaha yer for 35K+ you might be lucky and it would only be a drag engine not for driving to the shops, go the turbo you'll make it but natraly asperated i think your pushing s**t up hill... or maybe closer to dreaming...

Well, they made 540hp with a pair of their new C heads on 383ci cleveland.
Why don't you use a CHI C-400 intake? Aussie made and the best 400 intake available.

back again your comments made me think a bit so I have revised my specs,
block-dart 8.2 deck 4.125 bore, 8.2 because it is a legal replacement block
heads-302 cleveland iron,4V valves, have seen them produce over 600hp on a 351 c and it works
out cheaper plus I am old school
crank-2.87 stroke(289 crank)
pistons-have found a set to fit a 347 stroker which runs a 5.4 rod,all I could find out was the bore
size 4.125 but they fit inline valve heads, pavtek have a 4.155 piston which they use on
their 434 stroker that has chi heads(canted valves clevo)
question-1- I have read a great deal on the pros of log rods(worked for boss 302)but recently read about c.h(compression height),raise one the other lowers, if I am chasing revs I need the long rod but a half decent c.h over 1.1 would be good,so does anyone know of a mob here in melbourne that could nut this problem out with me
-2-did want to run a tunnel ram style manifold with a triple choke on top to act as the throttle body but can't find anybody here that makes manifolds,so my next set up will be an 8 throttle body set up, can get the manifold, thinking hayabusa efi set up cheaper than everything else
but can anybody see any problems, there is a new gas system that will work with these,if not feasible then is there a mob that can make a manifold for me.
I have a brother who will build the motor for me free because it's not your average wack a cam in drop on a manifold throw in a stroker etc etc,so I am banking on 25 to 30 grand considering a V8 supercar motor costs around 40 g and they machine the s**t out of the block heads etc etc for weight purposes .

It's interesting though, if it gets off the ground
