hey my 83 fairlane 302 cleveland has the c4 behind it which i blew the other day is it worth converting to manual is it alot of work or beter to get another c4

Depends on what you do with the car,the traffic your in etc, I just converted mine from a C4 to borgie 4 speed,but my car is a weekender

when c4s blow they mornally do a bit of damge so it will need a full stripo down toi check it out , pay somone ,may cost up to a grand for a lightly moded one or you may get away with a 250 buck wrecker special with 3 month warranty
