hi guys as the heading says i was wondering if there is anyone out the interested in assisting (doing) a cam install for me. i will pay. and or if u like trade in beer/ or wine. as i have quite a collection of wine. all good stuff from the clare valley.
anyways my cam should arrive soon. motor is still in the XR8 so things like the condensor would have to be moved but if ud like to take the motor out to dial it in that also is an option. so two main problems. my bro just baught a el GT so my xr8 got turfed out the garage.mmm GT. so i have no where to do the job.i want to do it privately so i get a opportunity to see the job being done so i get to learn something. i have very little tools. let me know whos interested in doing this for me. and what u want for doing the job. this is in clare s.a however if need be i cam bring the car to adelaide if anyone has a workshop or anythink for donation or little cost

I could conceivabley give you a hand next time I'm up that way, but after this weekend (which is completely booked out with cruises, dyno days etc
 ) I don't know when I'd be up at Clare next

no worries mate ill get some pics and specs up on the gt. build number etc...
it looks tough as. lol but a little ugly on the front. i havnt managed to con him into letting me take it for a swing yet but hell let me when i finally blow him away in the xr8. he he he. what colour options were there on the GTs as ive only ever seen them in that marone sort of colour. . are your folks still in clare THE DOG ... as soon as i do the cam and springs etc. i can lift the dent in the rear and it should look tough as again...
