on a cold start my car idles very low almost stalling, but once she gets warm she idles perfect. I checked the tps voltage and it is under 1 volt. any ideas?

Check idle speed control is working? Clean with carb cleaner..
Check coolant sensor if above doesn't do anything..
Or reset TPS / idle as in

New Zealand

Do a scan, KOEO and KOER. This should help tie down the source of the problem. As EBXR8380 says, most likely to be ECT sensor or ISC.

Put a multimeter on the ISC. EF ECUs have a tendancy to blow the ISC output driver hence no idle air control.

In the mean time just turn the idle up alittle...

yeah thats what ive done, idles a bit high when warm but when i get some time ill check the isc.
