Do all clevelands have the same firing order?

I have an XY however it is an XC or XD motor I think.

Quoted in the workshop manual I have it is:

1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,
matt

they say to keep 5 and 6 leads away from each other because of cross firing , but ive never had a problem as far as i know , maybe they are talkling about years ago when leads were not as good as they are today
