They'll just tell you to get a fordstrokers.com kit. Which at last check was 6 months wait for a short block.
Otherwise buy the kit and get Performance mods in Osborne park or M&D engines in Carlyle to machine the block.

Are you after just a stroker kit, ie crank, rods, pistons etc or after a complete short block?

For a basic cast 347 kit budget on around $1600-1800. You'll break the factory block before you break one of these kits even though most manufacturers only rate their kits to around 500hp.

Add another $1500 for the machining and balancing required and you still need to assemble it... Makes the Liberator 347 from www(dot)fordstrokers(dot)com a more financially viable option.

Pete Streebuilt would be more than happy to build a 347, but to most the cost for a shop to build one here in Perth isn't realistic.

I'm sure they would Dave. It's just the suggestion I got from them.
